What is The Founder’s Lounge?

It’s easy to feel isolated in the day-to-day of running a business. Between client deadlines, admin tasks, and trying to keep all the plates spinning, sometimes you just need someone who gets it. That’s why The Founder’s Lounge exists: to create a space where connection, support, and sharing make the entrepreneurial journey for women in business feel a little less lonely and a lot more manageable.

TFL is a monthly virtual meetup where we come together to share what’s working, what’s not, and talk about what’s actually happening behind the scenes. It’s a judgment-free support group for female entrepreneurs, where we support each other through every season of business – the challenging times, the breakthrough moments, and everything in between.

Over the past few months, we’ve covered meaningful topics like improving the client experience (including onboarding, offboarding, thoughtful gifting, and project flow), discovering your unique brand voice, sharing lessons learned the hard way, and brainstorming how to keep moving forward during slow seasons. We’ve also discussed outsourcing, networking, streamlining workflows, and compared platforms that help us stay organized. The conversations are honest, the support is real, and every month brings something new.
