FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What is required to book?
We require a signed agreement and a 30% deposit (subtracted from the project total) to book your project.
Do you offer payment plans?
Absolutely! We are happy to offer payment plans on all projects. Options include: paying the remaining balance in full prior to project completion/delivery, or breaking up the remaining balance into scheduled payments throughout the course of the project.
What is a brand strategy session?
A brand strategy session is a 1-1 meeting where we discuss your brand questionnaire and collaborate on design aesthetic. We discuss your business goals, talk through any pain points you are experiencing, define your audience, and explore your industry. Ultimately, this meeting provides clarity on the direction we take with your branding!
What is brand copywriting?
Our brand copywriting includes your mission, vision, core values, brand adjectives, target audience, and differentiating factor.
can you design just a logo?
Logo design is part of our branding packages but we do not offer just a logo. We believe that successful branding includes more than just logo design - it involves strategy and includes other design elements that, together, build a well thought-out and cohesive brand package.
Do you offer templated branding?
Nope! We believe that every brand package should be as unique as the clients we work with!
Will I have full ownership of my brand/website?
Absolutely! We don't hold any design hostage. You own your business and you have full ownership and rights to use our delivered work as you see fit.
Will I be able to make changes to my website?
Yes! We provide a training video with every website so that you can feel confident to make changes down the road.
If I have a logo, can you build a website from it?
In order to build a successful website we need more than just a logo. We require at minimum, a logo, creative direction, color palette, and font guidelines. If you do not have these things, we recommend adding a brand package on to your website!
