Meet natalie
I'm Natalie - the owner and designer behind our Indiana web design agency – and I couldn't be happier you're here!
A bit about me: I graduated from the University of Saint Francis in 2014 with a Bachelor's degree in Communication Arts and Graphic Design. I worked as a graphic designer for in-house marketing departments for seven years prior to starting Caruso Creative in 2020.
I am married to my best friend, Michael, and we have a baby girl named Mia! We also have two of the goofiest dogs, ever – Kasey and Hollie. My friends and family are my world and I thrive on connecting with people. My biggest passion is to help fellow entrepreneurs who are following their dreams of running their own businesses!

Hi there, friends! I’m Rachel, the copywriter for Caruso Creative, and I’m also Natalie’s sister. Getting to work alongside Natalie while we each do what we are best at is truly incredible.
I have spent my entire adult life so far in and around the field of English. I have a Bachelor’s degree in English with specializations in literature, linguistics, and professional writing, and I also have a Master’s degree in English education and teaching English as a new language. Aside from my educational background, I’ve been an English teacher and part-time librarian for the past five years. I’ve also been working with Natalie on freelance copywriting and editing since 2014.
On a more personal note, I am recently engaged to Luke, who is my best friend and love of my life. He has recently started to share custody of my cat, Mila, who I’ve raised since she was a kitten. Mila begrudgingly accepts him, as long as he provides her with snacks.
