Hi, I'm Natalie - the owner and designer behind our studio – and I couldn't be happier you're here!
I graduated from the University of Saint Francis in 2014 with a Bachelor's degree in Communication Arts and Graphic Design. I worked as a graphic designer for in-house marketing departments for seven years prior to starting Caruso Creative in 2020.
I am married to my favorite person, Michael, and we have a two year old daughter named Mia that makes our world go round.
My biggest passion is helping other women who are following their dreams of running their own businesses.

Hi there, friends! I’m Rachel, the copywriter for Caruso Creative, and I’m also Natalie’s sister and partner in crime.
I have a Bachelor’s degree in English with specializations in literature, linguistics, and professional writing, and I also have a Master’s degree in English education and teaching English as a new language. I’ve been working with Natalie on copywriting and editing for several years, and my goal is to help you find your unique brand voice so that you can speak to your dream clients.
I am married to my best friend and love of my life, Luke, and we are the proud fur parents to our beloved cat, Mila.

Hi, I’m Kelli. I’m a certified SEO Strategist on a mission to help small business owners have a website that is found online by their dream clients.
The freedom to be present with my children and homeschool my oldest has been the catalyst for me to pursue a career outside of the corporate world, helping other female entrepreneurs discover and embrace their bold dreams too.
When I'm not in mom mode, I enjoy traveling or a nice spa day for some self care.
