Natalie - Founder & Designer
Hi, I'm Natalie – the founder of Caruso Creative – and I'm so glad you're here.
I come from a big, Italian family of entrepreneurs that has built and run a successful business for over fifty years. Their restaurant is rooted in tradition, community, and the belief that meaningful connection is at the heart of everything.
That legacy shaped everything in me. It taught me the value of hard work, the beauty of entrepreneurship, and the importance of building something meaningful – something that lasts.
Today, with over 10 years of industry experience, I carry those values into my work. I am so blessed to have the privilege of helping passionate founders bring their stories to life through thoughtful, timeless design.
Fun Facts
My favorite role in the world is being a mom to my sweet three year old and wife to my best friend. I'm obsessed with long lake days, traveling to new places, and quality time with my loved ones. To unwind, I love a good glass of cabernet and New Girl reruns.
Rachel – Copywriter
Rachel is the brand and website copywriter for Caruso Creative – and she is also Natalie's sister and partner-in-crime.
Rachel has a rich background in English, linguistics, and professional writing. (She is also an epic bookworm.) She adores helping founders find their brand voice so that they can effectively communicate their message to their dream clients.
Fun Facts
Rachel reads nearly one hundred books every year. She can be found wandering through bookstores, wearing cozy sweaters, and drinking tea. She is married to her favorite person, and is the proud cat parent to sweet Mila.
Kelli - SEO Strategist
Kelli is a certified SEO strategist on a mission to help small business owners get discovered online by their dream clients.
She loves being an entrepreneur herself and loves helping other women discover and embrace their bold dreams.
Fun Facts
Kelli loves having the ability to be present with her children and homeschool her oldest. When she's not in mom mode, she enjoys traveling or having a nice spa day. She loves reading, Coldstone ice cream, and Lifetime.
